Tilting allows training without the inconvenience of vibrations:

Unlike a traditional vibration plate, which has the effect of a pickaxe, which many cannot tolerate, the tilt plate stimulates the muscles by moving them alternately, by extension on the left and contraction on the right, and vice versa, by the natural movement from walking so that the remodeling and refining of the silhouette of the body, the strengthening of the muscles, the elasticity of the skin, the general well-being, the dynamics and the good feeling return.
